​and​ ​Executive​ ​Pastry​ ​Chef​ ​of​ ​Sweeta​ ​Boo’s​ ​Cakery​ ​& 

Catering.​ ​She​ ​oversees​ ​all​ ​recipe​ ​creation,​ ​product​ ​design,​ ​execution​ ​and​ ​roll​ ​out.​ ​She​ ​has over​ ​10​ ​years​ ​of​ ​professional​ ​experience as​ ​a​ ​Pastry​ ​Chef.​ ​

Currently,​ ​she​ ​is​ ​the​ ​in​ ​house​ ​Pastry​ ​Chef​ ​at 

Freetown​ ​Cafe​ ​in​ ​Newark,​ ​NJ

Breneé​ ​Johnson,​ ​MBA​​

Breneé​ ​is​ ​Sweeta​ ​Boo’s​ ​Chief​ ​Financial​ ​Officer.​  A graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA., she makes sure our numbers match our fiscal goals. She is one of the keys to our success. 

Sa'Asia Williams

​Sa’Asia​ ​is​ ​the​ ​Assistant​ ​Pastry​ ​Chef.​ ​

She ​assists​ ​the​ ​Executive​ ​Pastry​ ​Chef 

in​ ​all​ ​matters​ ​of​ ​Sweeta​ ​Boo’s​ ​Cakery​ ​&​ ​Catering​ 

​from​ ​recipe​ ​creation​ ​to​ ​design​ ​and​ ​roll​ ​out. 

She​ ​has​ ​over​ ​5​ ​years​ ​of​ ​catering​ ​and​ ​Hospitality​ ​Management. 

Kimberly Williams - Lockhart

Kimberly​ ​is​ ​the​ ​Lead​ ​Pastry​ ​Chef​ ​for​ ​catering​ ​and​ ​events. 

She​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​the​ ​execution​ ​of​ ​all​ ​plans​ ​

surrounding​ ​catering​ ​jobs,​ ​events​ ​and festivals.​ ​

She​ ​has​ ​over​ ​20​ ​years​ ​of​ ​dietary​ ​and​ ​Hospitality​ ​Management.
